Batman spinoff series "Pennyworth" tells the story of Alfred the Butler

Recently, IGN released a preview review video about the Batman spin-off series "Pennyworth". This new DC series will tell the story of the butler Alfred Pennyworth when he was young.

"Pennyworth" was created by Bruno Heller, the operator of "Gotham". The story is set in London in the 1960s. Thomas Wayne (the father of Batman Bruce Wayne) is described as "a young, childish billionaire from the East Coast of the United States, confident and extremely self-disciplined. This young aristocrat met an unexpected partner-Pennyworth." Pennyworth is "boyishly handsome, optimistic, charming, smart, sincere, and emotional. You would never think that he was a killer in the special forces"...

It is reported that the drama will officially start broadcasting in the United States on July 28, 2019. The first season will have 10 episodes, each lasting 1 hour.
