The animated film "Journey to the West: True and False Monkey King" was officially announced, and the preview poster was exposed. The two monkey kings were pulling their master and apprentice in front of the waterfall, and the life of the master and his apprentice was hanging by a thread.

The movie tells the story of how the hairy monkey grows up to be Sun Wukong, and on his way to seek Buddhist scriptures with his master and disciples, he fights a fierce battle with the Six-Eared Macaque at Shenshu Ridge.

"Journey to the West: The True and False Monkey King" is produced by Shanghai Ruyi Film and Television Production Co., Ltd., supervised and produced by Ke Liming, with Chen Zhixi as the general producer, co-directed by Zhao Ji and Zhang Ke, and starring Liu Xiaolingtong and Ma Dehua (motion capture).
