Director Gunn confirms DC animated series BioSquad has been renewed for a second season

According to James Gunn, the director currently in charge of the DC superhero movie universe, the animated series "Bio Troopers" he produced has been officially renewed for a second season after receiving rave reviews.

He captioned the post: "You wanted monsters? Good news, you're going to get more! We're returning with Season 2! But don't worry, we've got more for you this season... The Season 1 finale airs January 9th exclusively on Max."

"Bio Commando" is a sequel to the "Suicide Squad 2" movie and the spin-off "Peacemaker" previously directed by Gunn. Under Gunn's leadership, this work was well received as the first work of the new DC Universe, and the new "Superman" trailer directed by him also received a good response.
