The live-action Japanese film based on the comic book "Let's Sing Karaoke!" will be introduced to China

According to the Morning Post Literature and Art, the Japanese manga-adapted live-action film "Let's Sing Karaoke!" will be introduced to China in 2025, and the release date is yet to be determined. The film stars Ayano Go and Saito Jun, is written by Nogi Akiko, and directed by Yamashita Atsuhiro. It is adapted from the manga of the same name by Yamashita.

The film received a warm response from the audience after its overseas release, with a Douban score of 8.2 points, and topped the "Weekly Word-of-Mouth Movie List" for four consecutive weeks. Starring powerful actor Go Ayano and newcomer Jun Saito, the film explores themes such as friendship, growth, and self-acceptance in a light-hearted and humorous way. Two people who seemed unlikely to have any intersection became connected because of karaoke.
