Michelle Yeoh praises Cameron for becoming a permanent character in the Avatar series

Michelle Yeoh will be starring in Avatar 2, and her role in the film may not end there.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, 59-year-old Michelle Yeoh introduced: "Yes, I have a role in the sequel to "Avatar", and you know, we can't talk about it now. But that's James Cameron! Really! I'm willing to serve tea and water!"

"We shot for a couple of weeks and I was just blown away by his work and his energy. He's a genius, a living genius. I really, really enjoyed the experience and can't wait to go back as soon as possible."

Obviously, this means that she is not only involved in "Avatar 2", but also in the sequel. But it is still a secret that cannot be told now.

"Avatar 2" and "Avatar 3" were announced in September last year. "Avatar 2" will be released on December 16, 2022, and "Avatar 3" will be released on December 20, 2024. There will be "Avatar 4" released in December 2026 and "Avatar 5" released in December 2028.
