According to Tianyancha APP, Wolf Warrior Brand Management Co., Ltd. recently added a new consumption restriction order, restricting the consumption of the company and its legal representative Yang Chunxiang. The applicant is Wu Jing, the director and starring actor of the movie "Wolf Warrior". The related case is the network infringement liability dispute between the company and Wu Jing.

Previously, Wolf Warriors used Wu Jing's portrait on the outer packaging of the "Wolf Warrior Betel Nut" produced and sold by the company and on the redemption card in the packaging bag without any communication or permission, and marked it with words such as "Wu Jing's support". This was considered to have infringed Wu Jing's portrait rights and right to name, so he was brought to court.

The court held that the plaintiff was an actor with a certain degree of fame, and his name and portrait also had a certain commercial value. In view of the fact that the defendant's use of the plaintiff's name and portrait to promote the company's products was profitable, the court, after comprehensively considering various factors, ordered the defendant to stop the infringement and compensate Wu Jing 342,000 yuan.

However, Wolf Warriors Brand Management Company failed to fulfill its payment obligations as stipulated in the above legal documents within the validity period, so consumption restriction measures were taken against Wolf Warriors Company.
