Houbunsha's anime adaptation "Overflowing Fruit Tart" postponed to October

Today (June 10), the official website of the TV animation "Overflowing Fruit Tarts", which is adapted from the Houbunsha manga, announced that due to the impact of the epidemic, the animation will be postponed to October 2020 for official broadcast.

It is reported that "Overflowing Fruit Tart" tells the daily life of teenage idols. In the story, Sakura Ino, who was born in the countryside of Okayama, came to Tokyo to become an idol, and formed an idol group "Fruit Tart" with unpopular Higashi Koganei, Sekino Roko, Maehara Jina, etc., but soon faced the crisis of the dormitory being demolished. In order to save the dormitory, they decided to challenge the project "Overflowing Fruit Tart" brought by their agent Kajino Hoho.
