Wonder Woman 1984 is 151 minutes long, longer than most DC movies

The length of the upcoming DC superhero movie sequel "Wonder Woman 1984" has been revealed. According to the information on the external cinema page, the film is 151 minutes long, which is longer than the 141 minutes of the first film in 2017.

Director Patty Jenkins said in an interview that "Wonder Woman 1984" was even longer after the first cut, which was 165 minutes.

Compared to other DC movies, "Wonder Woman 1984"'s 151 minutes is 1 minute shorter than the theatrical release version of "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice". Other DC movies such as "Joker" (122 minutes), "Suicide Squad" (123 minutes), "Shazam" (132 minutes) and "Aquaman" (142 minutes) are all shorter than "Wonder Woman 1984".

Looking beyond DC, Marvel's "Avengers 4: Endgame" is truly jaw-dropping at 181 minutes in length. The reason why it can reach such a length is also due to Marvel Movies' more than ten years of operation and preparation.
