Today (May 8), Netflix released the first season poster and stills of the new drama "Cursed", which will be broadcast this summer. "Cursed" is adapted from the upcoming graphic novel of the same name by Frank Miller and Tom Weller, starring Katherine Langford, Devan Terrell, Gustaf Skarsgard, Peter Mullan, Lily Newmark, Sharon Blum-Franklin and others. Netflix describes the series as "a coming-of-age drama set against a backdrop familiar to our times: the disappearance of the natural world, religious terror, senseless wars, and the courage required to face seemingly impossible odds." The story of King Arthur: Curse will reconstruct the legend of King Arthur with the young girl Nimue as the heroine. She has extraordinary talents and is destined to become the powerful and tragic Lady of the Lake. After her mother's death, Nimue unexpectedly meets a young mercenary Arthur. Arthur is on his way to find Merlin, to whom he needs to hand over an ancient sword. The two embark on an adventure, and Nimue's courage and rebellious spirit become the key elements in their fight against King Uther and his terrible accomplices, the Red Paladins.
