Brad Pitt to play "a generation of demon monk"? New details revealed in the prequel of "Kingsman"

According to foreign media reports, more details of the "Kingsman" prequel film that is currently being planned have been revealed recently. The producer 20th Century Fox intends to invite Brad Pitt and Rachel Weisz to join, and the plot and character settings have been further revealed.

Unlike the first two Kingsman movies, this prequel is set during World War I and will tell the story of the early days of the Kingsman. Ralph Fiennes and Beach Rats actor Harris Dickinson, who have previously been confirmed to join the cast, will have a relationship in the film similar to Harry Hart and Eggsy in the Kingsman series.

Vaughn previously revealed that the title of this prequel film may be "Kingsman: The Great Game". Dickinson plays Conrad, the son of a young British duke. He is arrogant and charming. He wants to serve his country during World War I, so the Kingsman organization extends an olive branch to him. Ralph Fiennes plays his father and Dickinson's mentor.

Fox currently favors Rachel Weisz for the role of Polly, the Duke's nanny, who plays a crucial role in Conrad's growth and is very powerful in the Duke's family. Fox hopes that Pitt will play the role of a mysterious figure during World War I - Grigoriy Yefimovich Rasputin, a favorite of the Russian Tsar and Empress. After Rasputin cured the Tsar's son who suffered from hemophilia, he had a huge influence on the Tsar. The film will also focus on Rasputin's actions at the end of the Russian Empire.

In addition, many historical figures will appear in the film; the Serbian nationalist Princip, the perpetrator of the Sarajevo incident, and his cruel and vicious superior Sheppard are also important characters in the film; there is also the very famous Dutch-French female spy Mata Hari, who moved among many European dignitaries and celebrities during World War I; Conrad's father's close friend, Irish General Herbert Kitchener will also appear in the film.
