The male and female protagonists of this film are Kentaro Sakaguchi and Mei Nagano respectively. The story is set in a former psychiatric hospital surrounded by iron grilles and very mysterious. College student Hitomi is locked in the ward by a masked murderer. Doctor Hidego Hayami is in charge of the treatment.
