Ukiyoe version of "Gundam" peripherals released: traditional and sci-fi are more exquisite and charming

Bandai's official website recently unveiled the latest "Mobile Suit Gundam" peripherals. This time, Gundam is combined with Japan's traditional painting art Ukiyo-e, bringing a variety of porcelain and lacquerware peripherals. The combination of tradition and science fiction, the exquisite workmanship has a unique charm.

The designs of the Ukiyo-e version of Gundam are mostly from the famous Japanese Ukiyo-e artist Hokusai, who was a Ukiyo-e artist in the Edo period of Japan. His painting style had a great influence on the later European painting world. Many Impressionist masters such as Degas, Manet, Van Gogh, and Gauguin have copied his works. He is also the only Japanese person selected as one of the "100 celebrities who influenced the world in the millennium".

This Ukiyo-e version of "Gundam" peripherals includes large and small plates and lacquerware kettles, all made with traditional Japanese craftsmanship. The style is extremely unique, and the combination of tradition and science fiction makes it more unique. Interested players can go to the official page: https://p-bandai.jp/item/item-1000141185/
