Veteran voice actor Sakurai Takahiro's career is bleak after cheating, but he still appears in the second season of "Jujutsu Kaisen"

The famous voice actor Sakurai Takahiro (48 years old) recently caused a shock in the voice actor industry after he was involved in a scandal of concealing his marriage and cheating. He has now lost many jobs. However, he will still play the popular character Geto Suguru in the second season of the super popular anime "Jujutsu Kaisen" which is scheduled to be aired in July.

On March 31, Sakurai Takahiro announced his exit from INTENTION, the agency he had worked for for 8 and a half years. He was fired from many of his jobs, including classic animations and 20-year-long cultural programs. However, amidst this series of dismissals, there was one animation that chose to continue using Sakurai Takahiro.

After all, it is Shueisha's most popular work now, and the influence of "Jujutsu Kaisen" is unquestionable. The second season of "Jujutsu Kaisen" is scheduled to be broadcast on July 6, and the official has confirmed that Sakurai Takahiro will continue to play the popular character Geto Suguru.

Maybe Sakurai Takahiro was lucky, thanks to Geto Suguru. The official reason given was that the disharmony caused by replacing the voice actor of the main character was worrying, and whether Sakurai Takahiro was fired or not, the anger caused by this incident could not be compensated or quelled. On the other hand, most netizens expressed understanding.
