The story is set in contemporary New York. Lucy, played by Da Mei, is a high-end matchmaker for Manhattan's elite. Her expertise in matchmaking makes her highly sought after, and many are willing to pay a premium for her services. However, a complicated love triangle forms between Lucy and some of her wealthy clients, which threatens to destroy the lives of everyone involved.
