Marvel's Avengers 5 director confirmed

Marvel has found the director of "Avengers 5: Kang's Dynasty", who is Destin Daniel Cretton, the director of "Shang-Chi". It has been reported that the Russo brothers will no longer direct "Avengers 5" and "Avengers 6".

The movie Shang-Chi grossed $432 million worldwide. In addition to directing Avengers 5, Cretton has also signed a contract with Marvel to direct Wonder Man and Shang-Chi 2. It is not clear whether he will also direct Avengers 6: Secret War.

"Avengers 5" will end the sixth phase of MCU with "Avengers 6". These two movies will be the most powerful movies in Marvel's history. "Avengers 5" is currently scheduled to be released on May 2, 2025, and "Avengers 6" is scheduled to be released on November 7, 2025.

Although plot details have not yet been revealed, we know that the MCU has officially entered the multiverse legend, and Kang (played by Jonathan Majors) has previously appeared in the "Loki" series. Kang will also appear in "Ant-Man 3", which will be released on February 17, 2023, and will kick off the fifth phase of the MCU.
