The five-year science-themed anime "Dr. Stone" has come to an end

"Dr. Stone" was originally named "Dr. STONE". This comic work is a popular youth comic serialized in "Weekly Shonen JUMP" by Japanese cartoonist Riichiro Inagaki as the original author and Boichi as the painter. This work mainly tells the story of Senku Ishigami, a "superman" high school student with a superhuman mind and rich knowledge, who wakes up again after more than 3,000 years of petrification and continues to work hard to awaken all mankind and restore human civilization. This work was animated in 2019, and the plot and quality have received relatively high praise from netizens. The third season is expected to start in 2023.

Although the plot of the comics has ended and the characters in the story have found their own destinations, the time machine developed by Senku in the end seems to be a foreshadowing of the launch of a spin-off or subsequent story in this work.
